The Seneca criterium is a flat 1 mile course with 6 corners. The women's race was 18 miles. Victoria attacked the field on the first lap and established a gap. Beth bridged to her shortly thereafter to establish a 2-person break. They worked together to steadily put time on the field, lapping them about halfway through the race.

After resting for a few minutes in the peleton, Beth started an attack and Victoria followed. The two were once again able to get away from the field. With one lap to go, the field was in sight just up the road. The Peanut Butter and Co./Human Zoom women put in one last hard effort, caught the field again, then sprinted for first and second place.
